Impetus
Property Services

Impetus Property Services did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house recently. The crew was punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in their work, prep was thorough so there was zero mess left behind. The paint lines are crisp and the color turned out exactly as we discussed. They finished on schedule and communicated clearly throughout the project. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the North Shore area looking for reliable painting or property maintenance work.

I recently had my kitchen painted and I’m very happy with the results! The team did a great job from start to finish. The kitchen looks fresh, clean, and completely transformed. They also kept everything neat while working and finished the job on time. I would definitely recommend Impetus to anyone looking for a reliable painting company. Great work!

We hired Impetus for a full renovation of our two family home and could not be happier. They were professional, efficient, and had great attention to detail throughout the project. This wasn’t the first home I’ve renovated, but it was the first time the process was genuinely a good experience. Communication was excellent, and the entire team took real pride in their work, treating the home as if it were their own. Highly recommended!

These guys were great, they showed up on time, were very reasonable with pricing, and were kind enough to suggest other things around my home that could use some work, I appreciate the work they performed and it came out great, I will keep Impetus in mind for future projects

Great experience with these guys! They were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They worked with me on the price and were fair and honest with the negotiation.
